Our wines reflect the orchard spirit and are made with apples and, eventually, other fruits, grown at the orchard. The fruits are picked at their peak and then pressed and fermented the same day, resulting in an exceptionally fresh, balanced wine. While fermenting at very low temperatures to retain the fruity qualities, we paid close attention to our acid and residual sugar balance.
